Hajar Shirley, MS, is a distinguished healthcare technology leader, researcher, and educator renowned for her strategic impact on healthcare and higher education. With a robust background as the former Global Head of LifeScan Commercial Technology at Johnson & Johnson, Hajar Shirley spearheaded transformative global initiatives. Her leadership focused on enhancing the global footprint of Johnson & Johnson Diabetes Care Companies through patient-centered innovations, digital business development, and expanding the OneTouch brand into new markets. In addition to her role as Global Head of LifeScan Commercial Technology, Hajar held a variety of key leadership positions across Information Technology at Johnson & Johnson. Her responsibilities spanned the Commercial, Supply Chain, Research & Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Information Security domains, further demonstrating her comprehensive expertise and strategic leadership in healthcare technology.
